Re-fuel with the perfect plant-based pick-me-up!...... choose orange or vanilla - pick your vegan protein bar and create this delicious cashew butter vegan protein sandwich. Ideal post-workout, mid-morning or mid-afternoon vegan protein and superfood boost. Enjoy!



  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter 
  • 1 vegan protein bar - either cacao orange or chia vanilla
  • Either 1/4 banana or 1 large strawberry or 4 raspberries

1. Very carefully with a sharp knife, slice the protein bar into 2 slices.

2. Spread one side with cashew nut butter and add whichever fruit you fancy to add some juiciness. Banana, raspberries, strawberries all work, but the feel free to experiment!

3. Add a few tasty sprinkles, or leave as is it, place the other slice of vegan protein bar on top and give it a little squeeze before digging in. Voila!
