POST WORKOUT BLACKCURRANT VEGAN PROTEIN SHAKE

Need to re-energise and repair after that hard training session? ......simples - try our post-workout blackcurrant vegan protein shake. Packed full of plant proteins, superfoods, antioxidants and all those vital nutrients to recover and relax. Give it a whirl - you'll love it!

 

RECIPE

  • Handful of cashews aprox 25g
  • Chia vanilla vegan protein bar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Half cup frozen blackcurrants 
  • Half cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 3 dates 

Simply throw everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately to ensure you take in those protective antioxidants before they take a ride!
