1. Blend the vegan protein bar and walnuts together and then press firmly into a tin, if the mixture feels too dry, add a tsp or 2 of cold coconut oil and process again.
2. Place in the fridge while you prep the filling.
3. Blend the rest of the ingredients together until completely smooth.
4. Fill the base with the chocolate filling and return to the fridge for half an hour to set firm.
..... and try adding a pinch of salt to your filling to really bring the flavours to life!
